Southern USA Film Commission info resources

Many states have a central Film Commission office in a major city of the state, mostly in the capital city. There can be multiple film commission offices in several major cities in that state, so don't be limited to just one city to search in. Film Commission offices are usually the first point of contact for any major movie that is in production or coming to that location. They offer tips about city permits, crew listings, and regulations. As time has progressed, they have established websites that have sub categories that could list production status of projects, directories and crew or cast call listings.

My blog and Facebook pages, at this time focus mainly on the southern states as at the time of the creation of this entry, many of the states offer a film tax incentive in the past, current or future.

Please know that links may change, pages of the website can be edited beyond my control at the discretion of the website owner.
